At the beginning of the year, I signed up for Room Mom for Avery's class. It really has it's perks. I got to attend their Rodeo Day and Field trip. It has been so much fun seeing Avery in her "school environment".
On Rodeo Day, the kindergartners went through different stations put on by the room moms. They are all so precious.
They had a field trip in March to the Main Street theater downtown. They saw a Junie B Jones play which was right up Avery's alley since she loves those books. I'm pretty sure her favorite part was riding the school bus there and back though!
I'm so glad that I volunteered for this position before Colin comes and our schedule gets a little more hectic. I have loved these moments with my oldest girl!
