Colin is three months old! Our sweet little guy has made some big changes recently-
We were terrified to make the same mistake that we made with Chloe and keep him in the rock and play too long. We moved him to the bassinet in our room around 2 1/2 months. He actually did really well and got the hang of it after only a couple of nights. Because we were feeling brave, we moved him up to his crib right before the three month mark. He did so well. It is such a bittersweet feeling moving our last baby upstairs. Of course, it's amazing to be able to get ready for bed without being really quiet and tiptoeing around him but it's strange knowing that we will never have another baby with us downstairs.

We took the plunge to the crib also because we've noticed that the back of his head is pretty flat. I looked online and saw that several people have said that the rock and play causes this. We are hoping that getting him out of there will help.
Colin never fails to give us a smile and is almost always in a good mood. He has really started talking and squealing. He moves a lot more than he used to and loves to grab toys on his toy mat. He always goes with the flow, and I really hope he stays this way!

| Just because he is now in his crib doesn't mean that I won't hold him for some naps and take 1 million pictures of him sleeping! |
| This is one of my favorites- those pouty lips and sweet little cheeks. I don't ever want him to get older! |

We have continued to try to move bedtime earlier. By the end of the month Colin was asleep by around 10pm, woke around 6ish to eat, and would sleep until 9am.
He is still in size 2 diapers and wears size 3-6 and 6 month clothes.
Here are some more pictures from this month-

I have had the hardest time letting go and taking him to the nursery at church. I just LOVE my time with him in the nursing mothers room. It is the only hour during my week that I have sweet, uninterrupted time to just rock and gaze at my little one. I'm really trying to savor all of this time I have with him. One day he'll go :).
Colin, you are just the sweetest baby, and I am loving every minute of being your mom!
