Our sweet little angel, Chloe, was born last Thursday, September 12 at 6:38am. She was 7 lb 15 oz. and 20 inches long. She came into the world fast and furious, and we are so thankful that she is here! I'll post later on the details of the delivery but wanted to get some pictures up of our girl while I've got a spare minute.
Our first visitor of the morning, Grandpa Z
Aunt Stephanie and Sophia made the trip to see us. Soon we'll be doing the same to meet Savannah!
Bill was a little dramatic with the first diaper change :)
Our little princess in her first outfit
One of my favorite parts of the day was when Avery got to meet Chloe. We've been talking about her forever so Ave was so very excited. She had school that morning and my mom and Kelly brought her to visit after it was over. I will cherish my memories of Avery so very sweetly coming in and seeing Chloe for the first time. She truly was thrilled to see her and just loved holding her.
Cousins shot
It was well beyond Avery's nap time so she got in bed with me to rest for a little while. I loved every minute!
Papa and Jackie came too!
That night Tiffany and Mike came to meet Chloe. It's hard to believe that they will be in our spot in just a matter of weeks! I really tried my best to get pictures of all of our visitors but unfortunately forgot to get some.
The next day, the Talkington family came to visit and bring lunch.
Luke was really sweet with her.
Future BFF's. Such a cute pic of Lily!
Bill and I really pushed to go home that afternoon and thankfully they let us. It felt so good to be home as a family of four!
We couldn't be happier that Chloe is finally here with us. There were so many times at the hospital that I would just stare at her in amazement. Even though she is my second child, having a baby will never stop being a miracle. Every challenge to get here was totally worth it now that she is with us. She is absolutely perfect, and God has blessed us so much by allowing us to be her parents!
