Chloe is 1 1/2!

My Chloe girl is 1 1/2!  I can't believe times has flown by so quickly.  She is turning into quite the character!  Since it's been a while since I've done a milestone post on her, I figured this would be perfect timing!

Eating- This is one of her favorite pasttimes.  If this girl doesn't want food, we know that she must be very sick! One of her first words was eeeeaattt!  Some of her favorites are yogurt, milk, all fruit, broccoli, meatballs, manicotti, and all sweets- cake, cookies, etc.  She really isn't as big of a fan of breads and noodles (not sure what's wrong with her!) but she usually doesn't turn it down.

We had a random Chic Fil A in the car date waiting for Sissy to get out of school

Stats- We took her to her 15 month appt 2 months late.  In my defense, I didn't want get her shots right before Christmas in case she got sick and then it took forever to get an appt so we were a tad late.  Luckily, it just meant that we got to skip the 18 month appt.  Hooray!  It's like I planned it that way!
Weight-24 lb 14 oz, 64% ( I think this was a little low because she had just gotten over a stomach bug and had not eaten for several days prior to getting it taken)
Height-32.1 in, 72%

Clothing/ diapers- Size 4 diapers during the day, size 5 at night.  She's doing this strange thing with her diapers lately.  Anytime it's dirty or even gets a little wet, she pulls the back of the diaper down as if to tell us to change it immediately.  I sincerely hope this doesn't mean that she'll want to potty train any time soon!
She's in size 18-24 months and 2t clothing
Words- She isn't a huge talker yet but she definitely says a few words- Dada (her fave), Mama, Ave (sounds like A), G (for Grace), Eat, Hi, Love you (yuv you)
When Lexie, my parents' dog, came to stay with us, all we heard all weekend was "hi, yeyi!" (Hi Lexie!)
When she shakes her head for yes, her whole chest goes up and down.  She hasn't quite figured out how to do just her head.
Favorites- Climbing on anything- chairs, tables, stairs, boxes, coffee tables, you name it, she climbs it; eating; being chased while shrieking, being tickled, her paci, her blankie and bunny, Avery, running to hug her Daddy when he comes home from work, swinging, being held, running free, feeding Grace, putting EVERYTHING in her mouth, and dressing up

Dislikes- being told not to do something, being told to give something back (she runs in the opposite direction with it), wet and dirty diapers, cuddling for an extended period of time (this is so sad to me), being confined to a cart without endless amounts of food being given to her, getting her hair done, being sick (which has happened more this winter than ever before probably due to all of the things she puts in her mouth on a daily basis)

Poor girl hits her head on one thing or another at least once a day.  She really needs a helmet!

We have said, "Avery never did that" no fewer than one million times over the course of Chloe's life.  She definitely keeps us on our toes but in a good, crazy kind of way!  Her nickname is now Coco Loco because of her crazy ways!  She is full of personality and spunk, and we are so thankful that she is part of our family.  We love you so very much Chloe girl!
