Chloe is two!

Chloe is two!  Where has the time gone?!?  She fits just perfectly in our family, and we just love, love, love her!

If I were asked to describe my sweet, second child at two, I would say that she has a zest for life.  She makes us laugh so much and really keeps us on our toes.  She is a mini tornado that can zip through our house causing mass destruction in her wake.  She also can be so snuggly and sweet giving kisses left and right and saying hi to anyone she sees.

She absolutely loves her paci, bunny, and blankie, her family, and climbing through the car after unbuckling instead of getting out.  She would stay in the car all day moving from seat to seat if she could.  She loves feeding Grace, doing odd tasks around the house, and getting into anything that she can find.

If left to her own devices, she would ransack every last drawer, countertop, and surface she could find.  She can be extremely mischievous at times but can melt our heart the very next minute with her sweet smile and kisses.

She isn't near as talkative as Avery was at this age but can climb, run, and jump with ease.  I spoke with Dr. N at her 2 year visit about her speech and he said that her word count is within the normal range for her age but definitely on the low end.  I've been trying to work with her each day and slowly she is saying more and more.  I honestly have no idea what she was saying at her 2 year appt but right now at 2 years and 3 months, here are some of my favorites-

-Beub- means fish, she started saying this because I used to say that fish said "blub, blub"
-Yeyie- Lexie
-Ju-juice
-Daddy, owie- talking about Bill's broken arm
-Papa- grandpa
-Mammy- Grammy
-Let it do-Elsa or anything Frozen related
She says many words very clearly but I don't have a clue how many there are.

She is a ray of sunshine, stubborn sunshine but sunshine nonetheless!  We just love her so much and are so thankful for her every day!  Just looking at the following pictures puts a smile on my face because they are such a perfect blend of who she is!

Happy 2nd birthday my girl!
