Last year I decided not to put Chloe in preschool. I wasn't ready. About halfway through the year, I kind of regretted my decision. She loves getting out and doing things. She loves playing with other kids and does so well with direction. I ended up putting her in a once a week MDO out of necessity to go to doctor appointments around January.
This year, I was so excited to put her in school because I knew that she would absolutely love it! I ended up changing preschools to one nearby that Logan went to last year called Kids of the Kingdom. We didn't get in at first and then a spot opened up for the 3 days/ week class so we took it. I really wanted her to go 2 days/ week but now I've realized that it was definitely meant to be. She will be in Logan's class and her teachers seem wonderful!
Before Meet the Teacher, Chloe and I made her teachers some cookies. She was so proud to make and deliver them!
Waiting to go in
She met Mrs. Maria and Mrs. Christine and played around the classroom a bit while we chatted. She was so excited about starting school!
On the morning of the first day of school, Chloe went around carrying her napmat that the Arrants got her. She was ready!
Breakfast of Champions- powdered donuts and a boiled egg.
We saw Logan in the parking lot and the two cuties walked in together.
Washing hands before starting to play
Chloe got right to work playing and didn't mind at all when I left!
Then there was two! Colin and I had lots of time to snuggle and work on tummy time.
Chloe had a great time at school and was excited to go back the next day. It is going to be a great year!
