Disneyworld Day 1 and 2

One week before Thanksgiving break, we headed to DisneyWorld.  We had been planning this trip for about a year, and it seemed almost surreal that it was here!

We received our magic bands in the mail a couple of weeks before we left.  The kids were soo excited!

The day before we left, we had to do a TON of packing!  Between traveling with five people and bringing so many baby supplies, let's just say we did not pack lightly.

At dinner time, we gave the girls some bags with goodies for the trip including their autograph book.

Our 6am wake up call came early!  Even though we had to wake them up, I truly don't think I've ever seen the kids more excited in their lives!

When we turned into the airport, Chloe yelled, "DisneyWorld!"

We met Grammy and Grandpa in the airport for some breakfast before getting on the plane.  I love this next picture because both of the girls' mouths are open since they were so excited!

Ready to board!

Once we boarded the plane, we passed out the gum (which Avery thought was amazing!) and got settled for the trip.  Chloe sat with my parents, and we had Avery and Colin in our row.

We took the Magical Express to the Wilderness Lodge to check in before heading to the Magic Kingdom.

The girls loved this little area near the check in desk where they watched a little Doc McStuffins.

WE MADE IT!!!  Let the vacation begin!

One of our favorite attractions from the trip was Magical Encounters with Belle.  It was precious.  The girls got to be a part of the show and take pictures with Belle.

We had a great first day at the park and took some pictures by the lit up castle on our way out.

Here are some pictures of our hotel room-

We grabbed some dinner and ate in our room so that everyone could get a little bit of energy out before bedtime.

The next morning we were up bright and early to catch the bus to Animal Kingdom.

It was an overcast day which meant that Animal Kingdom was not very crowded, and the animals were out.  Perfection!

The girls were practicing their flamingo skills while waiting in line. :)

Safari!

Next up, Kali River Rapids!

Everyone but Colin rode this.  It was so much fun!  We also realized that Chloe will probably be our daredevil of the family.  She rode it twice and loved every minute.  Just like me!

Colin was the best trooper ever.  He was just along for the ride.

We went to the Finding Nemo Musical next which wasn't super successful with Chloe but everyone else seemed to like it.

Treat time!

The first two days at Disney truly were magical.  We were a little nervous about how everything would go but it went amazingly!  We were ready for Day 3!
