Our last park day was spent at Epcot. It was a beautiful day, and we were planning on meeting up with the Talkington Fam since they conveniently were at Disney at the same time!
We first went to Soarin'. Chloe was SO.CLOSE. She was just a tiny bit too small and was devastated that she couldn't ride it.
Avery ended up being terrified the whole time. Bill had stayed with Chloe and Colin so the two of us rode it alone next. We still talk about those magical 15 minutes. It was like a date. After having a lot of family time, just those few minutes of alone time was perfection.
We rode the ride in the dome next. My mom and I went together and just giggled at our pictures the whole time.
We stopped for lunch in Mexico. The food was so good and just what we needed to fuel up.
After lunch, we met up with Ash, Kyle, and the gang. To say that the kids were excited to see each other would be an understatement.
They were all giddy with excitement sharing their adventures over the past few days.
We all rode the Frozen ride together. This was the #1 most desired ride for them.
There were lots of ice powers used after the ride. :)
Ave and Luke went with the guys to ride Test Track. We were trying to kill time and decided to let Lily and Chloe meet Anna and Elsa.
DAY.MADE.
We went through the different countries after meeting back up. My least favorite memories of Disneyworld from our last trip were traveling through the Epcot countries. It seems that this has become a trend. It probably would have been a lot more fun if we were not all exhausted by that point. Avery would have loved to stop in every country but Chloe and Colin were over it!
That night we went to the Whispering Canyon Cafe. They had some fun activities for the kids throughout the meal.
Colin didn't exactly sleep soundly at night throughout the trip but he looks like an angel here so all is forgiven.
The princess pj girls were ready for the flight home.
Their last request was to press a penny in the lobby.
My parents bought the girls lanyards with pins on them. Chloe's went temporarily missing but was recovered a few days later.
While waiting for our flight, we had the girls get as much energy out as possible.
We had an amazing trip. Honestly, Bill and I knew that the kids would enjoy it but we didn't know how much we would. The trip surpassed our expectations. It was challenging traveling with a 6 month old and two other young kids but it was so worth it. We made so many memories and really had a blast. I am so thankful that my parents came with us too. We enjoyed experiencing it with them, and they made the trip much more doable. We can't wait to go back!!!
