Christmas morning is a special time because we are able to spend it with just our little family of three. Once Avery was awake, we decided to start opening presents!

Note to self for the future... assemble toys before Christmas morning. It takes a little extra time to assemble when you have a toddler assisting especially when they are really excited to play with it!
After we had opened presents and eaten breakfast, Bill's family came over to do presents with them. I didn't get any pictures, but Ave loved all of her gifts especially a Baby's 1st 100 words book that has lots of pictures and simple words. She "reads" it several times a day and can't get enough of it! Soon after, she went down for a nap to rest up for the afternoon festivities!
